So, what residual or passive income opportunties are out there?

First, there's network marketing or MLM. After many years of regarding network marketing with suspicion, I finally gave it a try a couple of years back. For a variety or reasons it has so far proved a small rather than big winner for me, but I know people who are doing very well from it. Also, I have come to realise that there are some excellent companies and excellent opportunities.

Second, you can go for residual internet income. Please do not ignore this idea just because you don't know how to build a web site. That's what put me off for years. But nowadays it's simple. If you can use a key board and type a sentence you can do it - because a simple bit of software will sort out the technical bits.

Third, there are a whole host of commission sales ideas. The point here is that, once you have made the initial sale, you may be able to receive a commission month after month afterwards.

Just like with network marketing, someone will pay you for generating sales of their goods or services.

The whole point about these ideas is to build multiple streams of home based residual income that will keep on flowing even when you are asleep or on holiday.

But it's not like winning the lottery when all you have to do is buy a ticket. This does require hard graft.

First you have to establish the cash flow source. The real financial and life style benefits come in the longer term.
