Allan Pease Questions Are The Answers
My network marketing mentor recommended Questions Are The Answers by Allan Pease as the book I should read to learn how to recruit more distributors. For people looking to build residual income to achieve financial freedom, MLM is a popular option. However, it is like any other business in that it requires hard work. The secret to making good money is to attract new distributors into your team, and then help them develop their own mlm home based businesses. Any decent network marketing company will provide you with its own marketing materials to help you find new distributors. However, there are certain underlying principles no matter which company you are with. Alan Pease describes these brilliantly. The first part of his advice is to see more people. The more people you see, the more chances you have of finding someone who is looking for the potential rewards provided by an mlm residual income opportunity. But how do you improve your skills in converting interested people to new recruits. 'Questions are the answers' is the suggestion. The author sets out five questions to ask any potential distributor, the idea being help the person you are meeting to uncover their own primary motivating factor. I have tried it and it is a very powerful approach. I also like it because you are not trying to persuade anyone against their better judgement. You simply ask questions which help someone unveil for themselves why this mlm residual income opportunity might be for them. This is a thin but brilliant book and I highly recommend it.
